OMG, y'all! Are you as firmly ensconced in the compelling grip of excitement as I am?! I HOPE YOU ARE! It's gonna be another real nail-biter to see whether it will be the super rich and super privileged white guy, or the OTHER super rich and super privileged white guy who wins in Florida tonight! I CAN'T WAIT!

OMG y'all. This might be (should be) Rick Perry's last night in the primary! Do you feel sad? I feel so sad. Seeing as how this is probably (should definitely be) the last night we all have to spend with presidential candidate Rick Perry before he goes home to destroy Texas, I thought that I'd honor him (and all of us, really) with a tasteful retrospective highlighting the best moments of his candidacy (cue Bad Day):

In an interview to mark his 70th birthday this weekend, Stephen Hawking, the former Lucasian professor of mathematics at Cambridge University, admitted he spent most of the day thinking about women. "They are," he said "a complete mystery."

I suppose that's meant to be charming or some shit, but one of the most brilliant male scientists on the planet talking about women as if we're a different species is not charming: It is rage-makingly Othering, and profoundly immature to boot.
